About the Role

Oak Wood Ventures is a private real estate investment firm that seeks to provide its partners with consistently superior returns by acquiring the most compellingly valued communities in its deal pipeline.

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to work alongside our leadership team, specifically in the home sales division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the home sales and operations team, including managing inbound calls and emails, making outbound calls and sending emails to customers, vendors, and other third parties as necessary.
  • Assist with property management related tasks, such as scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining and analyzing spreadsheets to report progress or additional data requirements needed.
  • Contribute to improving and contributing new ideas and efficiency for all our properties.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of office managing or administrative assistance experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing, sales, real estate related jobs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel, Outlook, Word and more.
  • Exposure to RentManager Software is a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and change priorities as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills.
