Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Receptionist will provide exceptional support to the Facilities department at Hilltop Holdings. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Operate computer systems to set up functions, enter data, and process information.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Obtain and provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates.
- Assist with special projects and other functions as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in a relevant field.
- Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
