About the Role

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our division, you will provide advanced administrative support in coordinating day-to-day operations of the department or division office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, scheduling/managing calendars, ordering supplies, and assisting with collection of timecards.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for Division of OMFS faculty, including coordinating travel authorizations, expense reports, and internal department forms.
  • Manage Division credentialing and ensure licenses and certifications are up-to-date and renewed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3 years related secretarial/administrative experience
