Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Recovery Manager to join our team at Max Recovery Group. As an Account Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, negotiating, and closing outstanding collection files while following company guidelines and protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and negotiate with clients to close outstanding collection files
- Review open accounts to determine status and determine next course of action
- Consistent follow-up to ensure files are closed in a timely manner
- Seek final approval from upper management prior to settlement
- Update clients on case status and manage files post-settlement
Requirements:
- Prior collections or account management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
This is a highly entrepreneurial role that will evolve as the business develops. There will be a brief training period that may require in-person meetings, but the position will be fully remote once completed.
