Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at MSR Technology Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
