Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Business Strategist to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our marketing and customer-driven organization, you will work closely with product and sales leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial analysis and strategic initiatives to drive business targets and achieve net retention goals.
- Coordinate and design distribution strategies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Evaluate segment and channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Design and drive implementation of rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing (Required)
- 7-10 years of working experience in Telecom and/or Technology (Preferred)
- Leadership skills, including the ability to communicate at an executive level and influence at an enterprise level.
- Extensive B2B experience, with a comprehensive skill set to drive business growth and lead teams.
