Executive Sales Leader

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to spearhead our sales expansion and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to sustain our momentum.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a sales workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals.
- Proven ability to lead and manage operations and sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, B2B sales and operations with a proven history of sales growth.
- Experience leading an operations/sales team.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales workforce with strong accountability for results and achievement of sales goals.
- Extraordinary organizational skills – ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development in a growth model.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical sales, operational and financial initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to inspire others, command respect and confidence at all levels.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Medical/Dental/Vision offered after 30 days.
- 3 weeks of paid PTO.

- This is a territory based opportunity and mileage is reimbursed at $ 0.625/per mile (capped at $450/month).
