About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Sales Executive to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving clinical testing and sales growth in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in assigned territory through targeting, pipeline development, and business development activities.
  • Effectively use productivity and marketing tools in the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oncology community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Three or more years of oncology sales experience with a history of documented sales success.
  • Prior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Experience in healthcare, laboratory, and/or diagnostics sales selling to medical professionals.
  • Hunter mentality and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record in good standing.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
