HR Operations Leader

The HR Operations Leader will oversee and manage the daily activities of the Human Resources (HR) department, which includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and the enforcement of organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervisory Duties:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new personnel.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance assessments.
- Manage employee discipline and separations in line with company guidelines.
Core Duties:
- Collaborate with the administrative team to align the HR strategy with the organization's talent acquisition and retention goals.
- Provide support and expert advice to HR generalists and management on complex and sensitive issues; may involve handling delicate situations such as accommodations and investigations.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates for various roles, particularly in management and professional sectors.
- Evaluate compensation and benefits trends; recommend competitive pay structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to foster employee growth.
- Facilitate employee disciplinary meetings and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; regularly review policies to maintain adherence.
- Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Act as a management resource during business hours.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manage entries in relevant software.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
