Key Responsibilities

As a Complex Claims Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing loss notifications and assessing coverage.
  • Establishing appropriate reserves and investigating claims.
  • Developing strategic approaches to claim handling, including litigation strategies and expense management.
  • Collaborating with team members to create innovative solutions for complex claims.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling complex claims.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate intricate coverage and liability issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
