Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of AV projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and strategize solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within commercial construction or AV systems.
  • Strong financial acumen with a background in project cost accounting.
  • Proficient in managing complex AV systems and low voltage electrical projects.
  • PMP and AVIXA CTS certifications are preferred.

Work Environment:

The role may involve frequent travel to project sites, requiring a valid driver's license and adherence to safety protocols. The position will also necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required on construction sites. The individual will balance time between fieldwork and office responsibilities, utilizing standard office equipment and technology.
