Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Byram therapies to educate patients and provide personalized support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
