Role Summary:
We are in search of a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team at a leading medical facility. You will collaborate with outstanding healthcare professionals who appreciate teamwork and are committed to providing optimal care for our patients.


Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our busy practice, you will handle a high volume of patient interactions, including:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival
  • Collecting co-payments and verifying insurance benefits
  • Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Scanning documents and obtaining medical records
  • Communicating effectively with the physician team regarding scheduling and patient needs

Work Schedule:
This position typically requires availability Monday through Friday, with a potential Saturday rotation. Free onsite parking is provided.


Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, with levels ranging from $18.33 to $30.01 per hour based on specific criteria.
