Patient Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Patient Coordinator at Aspen Dental, you will play a vital role in creating lasting impressions and building trust and loyalty with patients. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to ensure a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- High regard for time management
- Organized and detail oriented
