About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Patient Experience Coordinator to join our clinical Operations team. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the patient experience, collaborating with our dental specialists and Ritual's product and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and excellent patient experience, from check-in to check-out and beyond. This includes greeting patients, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed descriptions of dental treatments and services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a seamless and excellent patient experience
  • Communicate with patients via phone, email, or Ritual's messaging platform
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility
  • Answer patients' questions and empower them with knowledge
  • Collect payments and co-pays
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized front desk and patient waiting area
  • Provide detailed descriptions of dental treatments and services
  • Present treatment plans to patients and discuss financial responsibility
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 or more years of experience working in a hospitality, customer service, or member experience setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays
Pay, Perks & Benefits

The salary for this position is $60,000. In addition to base compensation, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits plans.
