  • Provide exceptional patient service with empathy and understanding, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
  • High regard for time management
  • Organized and detail-oriented
