Patient Experience Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating lasting impressions and building trust with patients. - Provide exceptional patient service with empathy and understanding, adhering to company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to positively impact patients' lives by providing a positive and supportive experience. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure daily front office tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- High regard for time management
- Organized and detail-oriented
