Alternative Investment Operations Associate

Citizens is seeking a highly skilled Operations Associate to join our team in the Alternative Investment Platform. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day processing and management of our alternative investment products.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Client Management: Assist with the onboarding of approved external managers to our platform, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Subscription and Redemption Management: Manage the subscription and redemption processes for clients investing in alternative products, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Address Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, as well as other regulatory elements, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operational Procedure Development: Create and maintain the Operational Procedure Manual for critical operational processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with Compliance, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Issue Escalation and Resolution: Escalate unresolved issues to the Lead Manager for review and closure in a timely manner.
- Audit and Tax Firm Management: Manage relationships with audit and tax firms to ensure efficient tax reporting and compliance.
- Operational Change Management: Oversee operational change management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Performance Data Management: Provide performance data on each alternative investment product, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment operations, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Licenses: Series 7, 65, and 24 licenses required, with the ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
