Position Overview:
The Private Credit Strategies Group is primarily engaged in delivering private investment capital to upper middle-market firms and private equity sponsors, particularly in connection with leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, and growth financing, with a specific emphasis on the technology sector. Our flexible investment structuring approach allows for a variety of financial instruments, including senior and subordinated debt, preferred equity, and private equity, providing associates with diverse exposure across the capital structure.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate, you will be actively involved in all phases of the investment process, from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and transaction execution.
- Engaging with management teams during the due diligence phase.
- Performing industry research and competitive assessments.
- Drafting legal documentation and internal memoranda.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously across various private investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
We seek highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial statement analysis and due diligence.
- Exceptional financial modeling capabilities.

- Effective communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
