Krah USA Credit & Insurance is recognized as a leading entity in the credit investment landscape. Our investment strategies cover a broad spectrum of credit markets, including direct lending, opportunistic investments, and high-yield credit. We aim to deliver compelling risk-adjusted returns for both institutional and individual investors by providing essential capital to companies for their growth and stability.

Position Overview:

The Private Credit Strategies Group is primarily engaged in supplying private investment capital to upper middle-market enterprises and private equity sponsors, particularly in connection with leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and growth financing within the technology sector. The team adopts a versatile approach to structuring investments, which may involve various financial instruments, thus allowing associates to gain exposure across the capital structure.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate, you will be involved in all phases of the investment lifecycle, from initial assessment to final execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive financial analyses and due diligence.
  • Engaging with management teams during the due diligence process.
  • Performing industry research and competitive assessments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documentation and internal memoranda.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously across various private investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong motivation and a proven track record of excellence in previous roles. Required qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and due diligence processes.
  • Exceptional financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

The expected annual base salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors, including experience and qualifications.
