Position Overview

BBR Partners is seeking a dedicated Investment and Wealth Management Associate to contribute significantly to a specialized team focused on client accounts. The Advisory Associate plays a crucial role in BBR's commitment to delivering exceptional service and insightful guidance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for alternative investments, financial markets, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and implement projects for client portfolios, encompassing investment management, wealth transfer, and tax strategy.
  • Create and refine presentations for current clients and marketing materials for potential clients.
  • Compile reports for internal discussions regarding clients, prospects, and investment managers.
  • Ensure data accuracy across various systems.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members to address complex client inquiries or challenges.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing thoughtful insights and solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in Asset or Wealth Management.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and adept at managing expectations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities: capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn from mistakes and take responsibility.
  • Commitment to professional development and personal growth.
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity.

Additional Information:

The base salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and market conditions. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, but the final offer may differ based on individual circumstances. The total compensation package may also include bonuses, alternative incentives, and company-sponsored benefits. This position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on performance and market factors.
