Alternative Investments & Manager Selection (AIMS)

The AIMS Group specializes in providing comprehensive investment and advisory services, focusing on top-tier hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and public equity strategies. With a team of over 200 professionals across multiple global offices, AIMS is dedicated to delivering manager diligence, portfolio construction, risk management, and ESG research, while managing over $200 billion in alternative investments.

Imprint

Imprint operates within AIMS, focusing on ESG and impact investments. Our mission is to construct and manage client portfolios that not only yield competitive returns but also generate significant environmental and social benefits. Our investment strategy encompasses a wide range of asset classes and themes, including Clean Energy, Sustainable Transport, and Financial Inclusion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Private Markets Investment team in sourcing and conducting due diligence on third-party funds and co-investments.
  • Support the Imprint team with public market investments and various client initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and financial analysis on companies, funds, and investment themes across diverse sectors and regions.
  • Present investment opportunities to committees and manage follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate the execution of fund commitments and investments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the financial and impact performance of existing portfolio investments, engaging with managers as necessary.
  • Provide additional support to the Imprint investment and client teams as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience post-college graduation.
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated interest in ESG and impact investing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation abilities for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
