Galaxy Surfactants Americas Sales Account Manager

TRI-K Industries, a subsidiary of Galaxy Surfactants Ltd., is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the South region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our portfolio in the assigned region and developing strategies to expand sales in conjunction with corporate goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans for each account in respective regions
- Forecast demand for products and prepare budgets in line with corporate goals
- Prepare project reports and sales activity reports as per protocol
- Document all activity in customer relationship management tool (Salesforce)
- Emphasize lead generation to lead conversion
- Meet regularly with customers to understand their objectives and requirements
- Develop customer relationships and recommend new products and technologies
- Manage and expedite the resolution of customer concerns
- Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations
- Participate in trade shows and internal required scheduled meetings
- Plan travel and itineraries to maximize client contact and efficiency
- Prepare expense reports and call reports according to schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; MBA is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in a direct sales role in the Personal & Home Care Industry
- Ability to legally work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role
