About the Position
Product Marketers at Patch play a crucial role in defining our market presence.

We seamlessly transition between high-level strategic planning and the intricate details of execution to ensure alignment and optimization of our product, marketing, and sales initiatives based on customer needs.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead who will elevate Patch's sales enablement efforts, empowering our expanding Go to Market Team to amplify climate impact in a swiftly changing market.

This individual will also conceptualize and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

The Product Marketing Lead will collaborate with a small team of seasoned product marketers, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, GTM, and Policy to advance our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and implement a premier sales enablement program, ensuring the Go to Market team is equipped with clear messaging, effective playbooks, and high-quality materials.

Serve as the Product Marketing owner for sales enablement initiatives, collaborating with GTM Leads and Operations peers to drive adoption and assess the program's success.

Create go-to-market strategies for Patch's products, services, and customer segments, working cross-functionally to bring these strategies to fruition.

Develop positioning and messaging based on market insights, customer research, and a deep understanding of climate and product dynamics.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of our ideal customers and create detailed profiles to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.

Identify and craft compelling customer narratives that showcase our offerings and motivate more companies to engage in climate action.

Work closely with experienced professionals in the climate and technology sectors across Marketing, Product, Policy, and Go to Market teams.

Who You Are:
A seasoned expert. You possess over 5 years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement roles.

You have a proven track record of driving successful product launches, campaigns, enablement programs, and strategic development within a high-growth B2B Marketplace or SaaS environment.

A sales team collaborator.

You understand how to distill essential messages and tools for a busy sales team while creating feedback mechanisms that ensure marketing content aligns with market realities.

A natural communicator.

You excel at synthesizing extensive information into key points and transforming it into actionable narratives.

A dedicated innovator. You are resourceful, persistent, and adaptable, with a strong ability to overcome challenges and a commitment to continuous learning.
An attentive listener. You are skilled at understanding and empathizing with customer challenges, crafting compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
An optimistic advocate. You are passionate about climate initiatives and believe in your ability to effect change.

You are open to working from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California a few days a week.
