Product Marketers at Patch play a crucial role in defining our market presence.
We seamlessly transition between high-level strategy and detailed execution to ensure alignment and optimization of our product, marketing, and sales efforts to meet customer needs.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead who will elevate Patch's sales enablement initiatives, empowering our expanding Go to Market Team to amplify climate impact in a swiftly changing market.
This individual will also design and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.The Product Marketing Lead will collaborate with a small team of seasoned product marketers, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, GTM, and Policy to advance our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a top-tier sales enablement program, ensuring the Go to Market team is equipped with clear messaging, effective playbooks, and high-quality materials.
Serve as the Product Marketing lead for sales enablement priorities, collaborating with GTM Leads and Operations colleagues to drive adoption and assess the program's success.
Create go-to-market strategies for Patch's products, services, and customer segments, and work collaboratively to bring them to fruition.Craft positioning and messaging based on market insights, customer research, and an understanding of climate and product dynamics.
Gain a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Identify and shape compelling customer narratives that highlight our offerings and motivate more companies to engage in climate action.
Work closely with experienced professionals in the climate and technology sectors across Marketing, Product, Policy, and Go to Market teams.Who You Are:
A seasoned expert. You possess over 5 years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement roles.
You have a proven track record of driving successful product launches, campaigns, enablement programs, and strategic development in a high-growth B2B Marketplace or SaaS environment.
A sales team ally.You understand how to distill key messages and tools for a busy sales team, creating feedback loops that ensure marketing content aligns with market realities.
A master storyteller.You excel at synthesizing extensive information into essential points and transforming it into actionable narratives.
A determined builder. You are resourceful, persistent, and possess a high adversity quotient, continuously seeking to learn and grow.An attentive listener. You excel at understanding and empathizing with customer challenges, crafting compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

You are open to working from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California, several days a week.
