Job Overview

This is an ON-SITE role.

The Market Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the excellence of installations, improving process efficiencies, and maintaining exceptional communication. This position is vital in upholding our brand reputation by facilitating timely and accurate installations of our products, along with providing prompt and effective communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, the individual must successfully manage the following duties:

  • Generate and analyze reports related to projects, pending tasks, forecasting, and inventory to align with company objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding measurements, projects, warranty inquiries, and feedback.
  • Oversee all warranty requests, ensuring they are addressed thoroughly and promptly in accordance with departmental standards, including managing warranty projects in the designated system.
  • Evaluate service requests to determine warranty eligibility and assess job timelines for appropriate procedures. Review services under one year to identify potential chargebacks.
  • Process payments for chargeable services efficiently.
  • Coordinate scheduling for project measurements and warranty services.
  • Manage project documentation and workflow, utilizing reports to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for market operations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in the designated system, offering training and assistance to the installation team.
  • Engage in project management initiatives to enhance processes and market efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within home improvement, contracting, or related fields.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems/CRMs.
