The Market Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in installations, streamlining processes, and maintaining exceptional communication. This role is crucial in upholding our brand reputation by facilitating timely and accurate installations of our products while ensuring responsive communication with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, the individual must effectively carry out the following duties:

  • Generate and analyze reports related to projects, pending tasks, forecasting, and inventory to help the market achieve its objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding measurements, projects, warranty inquiries, and feedback.
  • Oversee all warranty requests, ensuring they are addressed thoroughly and promptly in accordance with departmental standards, including managing warranty projects as per established procedures.
  • Evaluate service requests to determine warranty eligibility and assess whether the job falls within the appropriate time frame for chargebacks. Review services under one year to ascertain qualification for crew chargebacks and submit all installer chargebacks for labor warranty and maintenance fund reconciliation.
  • Process payments for chargeable services efficiently.
  • Coordinate scheduling for project measurements and warranty services.
  • Manage project workflows and documentation, utilizing reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in providing precise inventory counts and reporting.
  • Deliver administrative support for market operations.
  • Act as the market expert in the relevant systems and provide training and assistance to the installation team.
  • Engage in project management teams to foster improved processes and enhance market efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within home improvement, contracting, or related sectors.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online systems/CRMs.
