About the Role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and producing theme props and 2D signage used in our stores to bring our brand story to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team in all areas of responsibility, including theme prop and signage development, vendor partnerships, and project management.
  • Support the development of new props requested through various channels, working directly with external vendors from concept to completion.
  • Partner with our Creative team and Logistics and Supply Chain team to develop and deliver in-store signage.
  • Monitor the status of all projects to ensure they are completed to expectation and delivered on time.
  • Track all details of prop buys and allocation activities, including quantities, spend, and timing, for reporting on budgets, historical usage, and future use.
  • Partner with our Logistics and Supply Chain team to forecast buys that support store primary prop replenishment.
  • Enter all purchase orders for theme props and communicate buys to Procurement, Canada, and International partners.
  • Lead the team to build a supplier pipeline to drive innovation and ensure a depth of supplier base that meets the needs of all partners and projects.
  • Identify and proactively solve for emerging trends, including supply constraints, increased demand, cost efficiencies, and waste reduction, that could apply to any area of a project.
  • Engage in creative development and the production process to identify gaps and areas for improvement in an effort to sustain and evolve a streamlined, efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in retail; experience in marketing operations is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to define and drive process in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to champion change and new initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactively problem-solve and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, and FileMaker Pro is helpful.
  • Ability to lift large packages, often up to 50lbs.
  • Travel required on an as-needed basis, approximately 2-5 days/month.
  • In-office work required on an as-needed basis, approximately 10-15 days/month.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
