Position Title: Marketing Operations Manager (Production)

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the development and execution of props and signage that effectively communicate our brand narrative within our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead and manage a dedicated team
  • Collaborate with vendors to create innovative props
  • Partner with the Creative team to design in-store signage
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain records of prop purchases and allocations for reporting
  • Anticipate inventory needs to support store restocking
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate with partners
  • Develop a supplier network for innovative solutions
  • Analyze trends and propose actionable recommendations
  • Participate in creative development and enhance production workflows
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in retail is advantageous
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, and FileMaker Pro
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Willingness to travel and work in-office
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
