Senior Marketing Events Coordinator

The Senior Marketing Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and management of national and regional customer-focused events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual event strategy, including criteria for evaluating and adjusting the master calendar of events.
- Assess event tiering criteria for precision and determine appropriate placements for events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create effective event strategies, optimizing both staffing and financial resources to enhance attendee engagement.
- Work closely with brand and product marketing teams to devise strategies that engage attendees during and after events, improving their overall experience.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of conferences and events, including audience development programs, agenda planning, budget oversight, audiovisual requirements, catering, accommodations, event-specific communications, signage, promotional materials, exhibit hall arrangements, booth design, registration, and speaker coordination.
- Introduce and utilize innovative event technologies and industry best practices to improve business processes.
- Conduct post-event feedback analysis to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years in marketing, hospitality, or event management, with experience in supervising team members and directing work.
Skills:
Proven ability to create and execute event and conference strategies. Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams, including product marketers, partner support, sales, and logistics staff. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Specialized Knowledge:
Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous. Experience in B2B healthcare is preferred.
