Leasing Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property tours for prospective tenants
  • Following up on all leasing inquiries for residential properties
  • Preparing lease agreements, renewals, and addendums
  • Coordinating showings and lease signings with potential tenants
  • Processing leasing applications and conducting financial assessments
  • Maintaining comprehensive tenant files
  • Inputting relevant data into property management software
  • Reviewing move-in procedures with new tenants
  • Managing tenant communications regarding financial matters and notices
  • Collecting rent payments
  • Establishing and maintaining organized leasing and property files
  • Enhancing tenant relations
  • Providing support to the property manager for inspections and maintenance requests
  • Assisting the property manager with additional tasks as needed

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and enhancing the Day Companies brand
  • Creating and maintaining marketing materials and signage in line with property strategies
  • Designing and executing tenant retention and marketing initiatives
  • Offering ongoing marketing and advertising recommendations
  • Managing social media presence
  • Overseeing updates and improvements to the company website
  • Leading various marketing projects as required

Compensation Structure: Hourly rate plus commission, commensurate with experience.
