Executive Support Specialist

The Administrative Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Associate Vice President of Community Health in advancing the mission of Duke Health to improve health and well-being in our community.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a highly skilled and organized individual who can provide administrative support, manage complex calendars, and coordinate logistics for various projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Office of Community Health, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the AVP.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a High school education or equivalent with five years of administrative experience, or two years postsecondary education with three years of experience. Preferred qualifications include five or more years of general administrative experience and proficiency in SalesForce.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $68,000 - $78,000, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
