Executive Support Specialist for Duke Kunshan University Relations

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Duke University. This role provides critical support to senior leaders within the Office of Duke Kunshan University Relations, with a focus on strategic projects and international partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in developing and implementing strategic projects, including faculty and student exchanges, research collaborations, governance, and legal agreements.
- Provide expert-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty members, students, and administrators.
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate across time zones to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in higher education or international partnerships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite) and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
