Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to Partner to join our team at U.S Multinational Law Firm. This is a unique opportunity to work with a Partner and contribute to the success of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to a Partner, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects, such as research and data analysis, and perform tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, and establish positive business relationships.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including court papers and other legal and non-legal documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, and arrange for conference services, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a Partner or Senior Executive in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically.
  • Ability to remain calm and function under pressure in a fast-paced environment with confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels and multiple departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be proactive and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
