About the Role:

The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing our Front Office team, ensuring seamless hotel operations during peak periods. You will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, including room revenue and occupancy, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team during peak periods
  • Conduct daily review of Front Office reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including room revenue and occupancy
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including financial information and statistics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
