Front Office Development Professional

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry through our 10-12 week internship program. The program is designed to provide a fast-track development opportunity for college students to expand their knowledge and gain hands-on experience in the Front Office discipline.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with matching funds.
Job Responsibilities- Shadow critical leaders within the Front Office department at the hotel.
- Attend operational meetings and work alongside the front office associates and leadership team.
- Become proficient with operating the Property Management System (PMS) and other systems used by the Front Office.
- Utilize labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
- Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the front office and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
