Aesop is a global retail organization dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to join our team and contribute to our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide product demonstrations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aesop products and their benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and career growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role or environment.
  • Effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to consistently introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations.
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous).
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
