What We Seek:

We are in search of highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and expanding, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, proudly family-owned and operated in the USA. You will confidently promote our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales techniques and advanced diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We seek motivated individuals with the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical work week offers Retail Sales Associates the chance to work between 40 and 55 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases.
  • Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
  • A winning, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are essential for success.
