KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieving Sales Goals:
  • Exceed company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; suggest merchandise options or assist in locating desired items.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and sales; uphold pricing and visual presentation standards.
  • Ensure proper merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention, adhering to Management directives.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store layouts and area maintenance.

Enhancing Customer Experience:
  • Exemplify and advocate for the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate a quick and efficient checkout process, staying updated on payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.
  • Encourage additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enroll clients in the rewards program.
  • Develop and nurture a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current product offerings and styles available in-store and online.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients through a customer tracking system.

Operational Excellence:
  • Assist in restocking activities to keep the store well-stocked and appealing.
  • Support merchandise fulfillment processes.
  • Participate in visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourage an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek opportunities for personal growth and actively request feedback.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to company-provided technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and Management.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Regular walking and standing throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the shift).
