What We Are Looking For:

We are in search of highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our ongoing mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

With over 320 store locations and expanding, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, and we are a family-owned and operated business in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and advanced diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications:
We seek motivated individuals with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.

Our typical 4–5-day work week allows our Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.

You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.

We utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
