ARM Group LLC is actively seeking a Project Manager specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering to enhance our skilled team focused on Solid Waste management. The successful candidate will work alongside a diverse range of professionals to fulfill the requirements of our clients in the Solid Waste industry.

This position demands a proactive engineer with exceptional organizational abilities, adept at delivering projects efficiently and within financial constraints. The role will involve a broad spectrum of responsibilities associated with solid waste management, environmental services, geotechnical engineering, and additional related fields.

Location: This role is available at our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the development, design, and permitting of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Establish project timelines, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Generate engineering reports, drawings, and design solutions addressing environmental challenges.
  • Conduct research to guarantee project adherence to applicable codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance internal processes and formulate comprehensive proposals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, offering effective resolutions.
  • Guide junior staff and engage in recruitment activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
  • Expertise in stormwater management, erosion control, and permitting in Maryland.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
