This position demands a proactive engineer with exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at delivering projects punctually and within financial constraints. The role will involve a range of responsibilities associated with solid waste management, environmental services, geotechnical engineering, and additional related fields.

Location: Opportunities are available at our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the development, design, and approval processes of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Establish project timelines, liaise with subcontractors, and guarantee project completion within budgetary and scheduling parameters.
  • Generate engineering documentation, schematics, and design solutions addressing environmental challenges.
  • Investigate and ensure project adherence to applicable codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance internal processes and formulate comprehensive proposals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, delivering effective resolutions.
  • Guide junior personnel and engage in recruitment activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent engineering experience.
  • Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
  • Expertise in stormwater management, erosion control, and permitting within Maryland.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively.

Desirable Experience:

  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
