Concordia Village of Tampa is in search of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead our Continuing Care Retirement Community. This role is pivotal in ensuring our residents enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle while prioritizing their safety and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator for Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Supervise operations across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living sectors.
- Oversee financial management, including monthly budgets and financial performance for each service line.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.
- Uphold high service standards and strive to meet or exceed quality metrics and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living (AL) operations as a licensed Administrator.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial statement analysis.
- Familiarity with Florida and Federal regulations governing SNF and AL.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medical Assistance, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and commercial insurance.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities.
- A commitment to serving residents and their families.
