Position Overview:
Leap Brands is seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to drive the company's growth and success. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic vision and long-term goals. Your extensive experience in the construction industry will be crucial in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term goals, leading the executive team in executing strategies that drive growth and enhance profitability.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and implementing best practices to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring financial stability and profitability while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's portfolio, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team members achieve their professional goals and contribute to the company's success.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects and business operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  7. Innovation and Sustainability: Promote innovation and sustainability within the company, implementing new technologies and practices that enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve project outcomes.
  8. Community Engagement: Represent the company in the community and industry, building and maintaining a positive company image through active involvement in industry associations and community initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and business development skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
