Job Overview
As the Strategic Account Manager for a leading organization, you will be instrumental in facilitating effective logistics coordination between our company and key client teams.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, track pipeline activities, and offer vital logistical insights to boost operational productivity.

This position acts as a crucial intermediary between our organization and the key client, fostering ongoing enhancement initiatives across various business sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the client's Security Technology team to assess inventory levels and pipeline operations.
  • Ensure clear communication of both long-term and short-term project requirements.
  • Formulate and validate delivery schedules, guaranteeing timely and precise product shipments.
  • Provide logistical support and direction to enhance supply chain effectiveness.

Additional Duties:
Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and the key client, managing order releases and oversight.

  • Evaluate and monitor logistics performance metrics for key accounts, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of key account shipments, including tracking details, delivery timelines, and pertinent documentation to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to address logistics challenges and streamline operations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
