Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary point of contact with clients, getting to know their business needs and helping ensure that all work aligns with their objectives.
- Collaborate among various business units across strategy, creative, production, post-production, and other teams to ensure we are in sync with our clients' goals and exceeding their expectations.
- Build trust and set appropriate expectations with clients, and be a thought leader who can quickly solve problems, build solid relationships, and not be afraid to have difficult conversations.
- Manage day-to-day activities on assigned projects internally and with clients, and be responsible for mastering basic company processes.
- Partner with the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth, to champion ideas, and to collaborate on strategic concepts.
- Maintain updated project details through internal status sheets and client meetings, and manage budgets accurately alongside the Finance Director and Account Director.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients while securing their respect and loyalty, and support team(s) in executing campaign strategy across all deliverables.
- Keep leadership informed of important client and internal team updates, and excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing client environment.
- Strong understanding of creative development and production processes.

- Four or more years of professional experience is required. Ad agency experience or in-house marketing/communications experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems is required. Familiarity with project management software and file collaboration tools is preferred.
