About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and objectives.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and succession planning to ensure the development of future leaders.
  • Identify and address skills and capability gaps through internal and external resource development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations, including training and development programs.
  • Facilitate employee relations and compliance initiatives, including performance management, investigations, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage and develop HR systems and processes, including HRIS, to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business unit and plant policies and procedures.
  • Lead and support direct and indirect reports, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of company and government reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of HR Manager experience, with a strong background in strategic workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and employees.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Experience with HRIS and MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
