About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to represent our Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers
  • Create product acceptance and enhance portfolio growth through business development activities
  • Leverage Allergan Medical resources to enhance adoption of the Facial Aesthetics Portfolio
  • Work synergistically with other Allergan sales personnel and support teams
  • Comply with required reports, requests, and compliance policies
  • Effectively manage field assets and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • 3 to 5 years successful medical sales/practice management experience
  • 7 to 10 years business experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong contract/negotiating skills
  • Financial/budgetary experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software skills
