Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
