Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our business presence in the safety staffing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, in the staffing or safety industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SalesForce.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
