About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Contract Coordinator to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Sales Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process and ensuring that contracts are prepared and approved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare sales contracts for approval, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enter contracts into reporting and accounting systems, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, including sales, cancellations, and traffic.
  • Provide timely information to the purchasing, construction, and sales teams, facilitating seamless communication.
  • Perform other assigned tasks related to sales contract processing, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in the homebuilding or construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent computer and organizational skills, and analytical ability.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience in accounting systems, particularly JD Edwards, a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with confidential information.
